1. Introduction

At Zibralongrizelon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of ToneFlow Vital. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund.

2. EU and Netherlands Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the Netherlands, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 6). This statutory right cannot be waived by contract.

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

2.2 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., letter, email, or the model withdrawal form in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU). 3. Eligibility for Returns

3.1 Unopened Products

Products in their original, unopened, and sealed condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

3.2 Opened Products

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. Dietary supplements fall within this category once the seal is broken. Therefore, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged products received upon delivery
  • Incorrect products shipped

3.3 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Receive return authorization and shipping instructions

4.2 Shipping Returns

Under EU consumer law, when you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. For standard returns within the 30-day period (our voluntary policy):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

For returns due to our error or defective products:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Or arrange for pickup at no cost to you

5. Refund Processing

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, if you validly withdraw from your contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

5.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within:

  • 5-7 business days for credit/debit card payments
  • 3-5 business days for PayPal payments
  • Up to 14 business days for bank transfers

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different payment method.

5.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Products returned in non-original condition (not due to our error)
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Products returned after 30 days (unless defective)
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Shipping and handling fees (except for defective products or our error)

7. Order Cancellation

7.1 Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel for a full refund by contacting us immediately at customer@zibralongrizelon.world.

7.2 After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return process outlined above.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

9. Promotional and Discounted Items

Items purchased with promotional discounts or as part of special offers are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds will reflect the discounted price paid.
